Privacy
Data you choose to keep
Fitoho stores your Google account identifier, verified email, display name and settings so it can authenticate you. It stores the diary entries, targets, imports, report transcriptions, check-ins and private attachments you add. Sharing, coaching and ChatGPT connections store the permissions and history needed to enforce your choices. Test-mode billing stores provider identifiers and subscription state, but never card details.
How it is used
Your data is used to provide your diary, reports and the access you explicitly grant. Fitoho does not sell health data or use it for advertising. Google provides sign-in. Stripe test mode provides billing workflows when configured. Authorized recipients, coaches and connected assistants see only the fields, dates and actions you approve.
Your controls
You can correct or recover records, revoke sharing and connected assistants, download a complete owner export, and permanently delete your account from Settings. Account deletion removes your owned data and credentials and anonymizes your identity in history that belongs to another account.
Retention and security
Active and recoverably deleted records remain until you permanently delete the account. Operational billing events use the bounded retention documented by the server operator. Production keeps verified backups on the application droplet for 14 days; there is currently no off-site copy. Fitoho uses private authenticated responses, hashed credentials and explicit owner and field/date authorization.
